Breakfast is on us at this roundtable event geared toward the Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Program that allows contracting officers to set-a-side or limit federal contracts to WOSBs or economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses (EDWOSB). AFISR Agency supplements the normal logistics system by contracting for supplies, equipment, systems and services that are not prescribed to be obtained through other sources. This includes Engineering & Technical Services; Advisory & Assistance Services; Computer Hardware & Software; Modeling & Simulation Support; Engineering & Installation Support; and Information Technology Requirements. Sustainability In Your Business: How Going Green Saves Thou$and$ ( 9:00 am - 12:00 - noon )
This workshop, hosted and sponsored by the Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, introduces the concept of the 'triple bottom line' and ten elements of business sustainability. Attendees will learn about some of the fundamental elements of sustainability in the workplace in order to apply them in their business or organization.
